March 15, 201411 yr Author Ignore the above posts, those 5 minute "destroyers" won't do anything for your goals. First off DISREGARD weight, it means nothing. The winner of the Crossfit games is considered by many to be the fittest person in the world but a scale would tell you he's obese. You also cannot lose fat from just one specific part of your body but it comes off as a whole. The best thing for you would be a lot of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and crossfit style workouts. If you want I can post mine when I get on a computer. I'd be glad if you posted 'em thanks Everyone a huge thank you, really appreciate it a lot!
March 15, 201411 yr no sir, sleeping or thinking burns calories, not fat 1g of fat = 9 calories. So yes.
March 15, 201411 yr I'd be glad if you posted 'em thanks Everyone a huge thank you, really appreciate it a lot! Here's just a basic AMRAP style on: And a list of the top 5 killer along with a link to the crossfit site where you can get hundreds of different workouts: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/crossfit-workouts-5-killer-crossfit-wods.html The thing I love about crossfit is that it's a lifestyle and not something that's going to make you "get big". If you watch the actual games the athletes complete tasks such as climbing over a wall as many times as they can, or see how far they can hammer a huge weight. It emphasizes things that are going to make you a well rounded, healthy person along with building your body up to handle absolutely any obstacle. Watch this: Edited March 15, 201411 yr by Swizzbeat
March 15, 201411 yr Belly fat is the hardest target when trying to tone up. Crunches and ab exercises are great but will build on top of the fat. Frequent cardio will eliminate fat everywhere and eventually the belly fat too. Tip for cardio, do however much you are comfortable with on elliptical and do it around every other day. Elliptical is pretty much a full body workout and is super easy on your joints. Goodluck!
March 15, 201411 yr 1g of fat = 9 calories. So yes. and 1 g of protein = 4 calories. Does that mean you're burning protein?
March 16, 201411 yr Lol'd at most of these retarded responses. Caloric deficit reduces your fat loss You can't do spot reduction by just doing 1000s of crunches every day, it's a myth
March 16, 201411 yr I've come to notice a lot of you guys are in gym. I am overall happy with my body, however lately I've been eating hell a lot (candy) but I am not overweighted. I weigh 50 kilo and am 1 meter 64 tall. I am however not happy with my bottom belly, or however you want to call it. If I touch my bottom belly you can feel the fat, apart from that I have no reasons to complain. It's almost bikini time and I want to get rid of that specific fat. As said in my first sentence : you guys seem to know alot about working out. How can I reduce the fat at that specific place? I've googled some stuff but I thought : why not ask it here? So yeah I guess that's it lol. Help me out? You know any exercises from your own experience that works? Thanks ^.^ use a pullup bar, or a bar of any sort that is suspended in the air, and lift your knees up to your chest, forward with both legs together, and then do each side and meet in the middle each time. that's how i got my abs.
March 16, 201411 yr Running. Eat healthy. Don't eat junk food I don't agree with that, you don't have to eat salads as lunch and dinner to lose weight. Just eat 3 times a day, and only, 3 times. So breakfast, lunch and dinner. It doesn't really matter if you eat junkfood, just try to not do it daily and only do it once (so don't eat fries as lunch and hamburgers as dinner). I lost about 22lb (10kg) last summer, in about 2 months time. I ate 3 times a day and I jogged 3, sometimes 4, times a week. OT: I think that we can all agree that cardio is the best way to lose the fat you're talking about Anne. Just start slowly if you have a bad condition, you'll get there eventually.

March 16, 201411 yr Sit ups, sit ups, sit ups, sit ups! Everyday! Start off at a small number that you can handle and then do more and more until satisfied with results.
