jelknab Posted June 9, 2013 Share Posted June 9, 2013 Hi, I think it would be a rather good idea to have the ability to voice chat over Teamspeak rather than type in the chat, this is quite usefull since you dont want to have the chat in your screen at all times or incase you just dont feel like typing. happycamel5 is kind enough to offer a teamspeak server hosted on his behalf for this community. Diclonius Posted June 9, 2013 Share Posted June 9, 2013 I dont think this is a really a good idea. The chat usually only has 15-20 people in it and alot of them are AFK. Also alot of people wouldn't join a teamspeak server because they have to download the program and get a mic but with the chat all you have to do is click the chat button at the top and you are in. GoldenGates Posted June 10, 2013 Share Posted June 10, 2013 Teamspeak would get annoying, I wouldn't mind admins and/or mods giving trusted members the help rank so if there's a user who needs help and there's at least 1 help rank online, just join the teamspeak server and ask your question and leave. Dyro Posted June 10, 2013 Share Posted June 10, 2013 I think that it wouldn't be that good suggestion, because as someone said above there would only be like 15 to 20 people who just afk in the chat, or there would be over 10 speaking and trolling at the same time... but for some people this could be a positive update.
