I have $4 credit. I want to buy the $3.49 fisher but when I check out it goes straight to PayPal.

    I don't think you can pay with a bank card. You can create a Paypal and link your card to it and pay that way.

    Otherwise you can buy a $3.49 voucher from somebody in the market and pay with GP.
