February 15, 201411 yr I just joined this site yesterday and decided to try out the Woodcutting AIO. I entered my username and password into the OSBOT client so that it could log me in when the game logs me out, thinking that this site is big enough with enough members that it can't be to their benefit to scam. One moment I'm in Seers village, the next I'm booted, the client closes, I re-open it and I'm at the top of Lumbridge bank with valuable items gone. Is there anything I can do? Why did this happen? It has never happened to me before I joined this site. If this is the wrong section I'd appreciate if a Mod could move it to the appropriate spot. Thanks
February 15, 201411 yr Moved to the correct section. I believe you have a virus so I recommend you download malwarebytes and run a full scan on all of your drivers. Tell me if this helps, thank you!
February 15, 201411 yr Is it possible you died? You were at the top of lumby or lumby yard? Did you maybe order a service and never change your pass afterwards?
February 15, 201411 yr Well you could of died which is why you ended up in lumbridge. Or you either have a virus.
February 15, 201411 yr I had talked to him via PM earlier, and he said that he had done virus scans before using OSBot, and he didn't have anything. He was using @Wiz Khalifa's woodcutting script, which could be the only suspicious thing, but I trust Alek's push of scripts, so not too sure what to say at this point.
February 15, 201411 yr I suggest install a virus scanner such as MalewareBytes or Microsoft Security Essentials, as it seems you've somehow managed to install a virus of some sort. In the future, be sure to download only things you're certain are NOT malicious! If you do need to download something run a virus scan on it before using I had talked to him via PM earlier, and he said that he had done virus scans before using OSBot, and he didn't have anything. He was using @Wiz Khalifa's woodcutting script, which could be the only suspicious thing, but I trust Alek's push of scripts, so not too sure what to say at this point. Virus scans don't always return correct information, as most RAT's are typically FUD (fully undetectable). Try using a different virus scanner, and also delete any files he may have downloaded recently (doubt it will do much as viruses install to other parts of your system once executed, but it's worth a shot).
