Interesting idea, I've really been trying to find ways to revamp the market and help protect against scammers and I must say this is very creative. ^_^

@Staff: I can make a thread and update it periodically so that you guys won't have to worry about it.

But to totally stop the scammers recovering accounts, i don't think accounts should even be sold unless you are HIGHLY trusted. As there is always a way to recover.

That limitation shouldn't be set.
