So far, it looks like it's going to be implemented. Seeing as how a majority of users play 07 since they detest the EoC update, I'm guessing that most of the 07 playerbase will revery back to RS3 to continue playing Legacy mode since that's where most of their time and effort is invested. Of course, people will still play 07, but I highly doubt it will have the volume of players that it currently has.

 

With that said, and considering that most of the players will move back to RS3 and not be as active on 07, what will happen with the bot? Will the admins release a RS3 version of the bot to keep up with player demand, or will they simply stay put and keep on the 07 mindset?

What will happen? people will realise it is a complete fail. I think it is just a hopeless attempt to regain their old player base, which will never ever happen since the release of EOC.

I'm sticking with 07.

Why not add another client for the Legacy version? But of course with the current developers barely handling OSRS, that probably won't happen unless they find more help.

It'll be just like what happened with the compeititor bot hype, a few will go then eventually they will all come back.

What will happen is some RS dudes are gonna have a nice wank.
