    The promotions our based on who we think will bring the most to the community. We promote based on that.

     

    On a serious note, are you guys considering the thought of having a second Script manager assistant? Maybe even someone without the staff?

     

    Someone that used to be staff, considering they all left and then suddenly get their old positions back.
