The caper DID NOT scam you, as he didn't have access yet. I haven't even sent your info yet.

My guys each did 5m + in services, why would they scam a damn 3m.. This is so easily set up because of what I said in the above conversation..

My first guy, I know in real life, and he definitely would not scam, as he has no need to scam about $6 (he has plenty money irl). He is also VIP on here.

My second guy has worked with me since almost the start of my services, and he is a donor on this site.

THATS IT, no one else had access to the account.

Also, he paid me 24m FIRST. Why would I scam for 3m, and do 19m + in services, and then scam for 3m after that? It makes no sense. Think like a scammer, why wouldn't you just run with the original 24m? How could I possibly get away with scamming if I DID do it.

I will refund the 5m for the last fire cape afterwards if you like, but I am not liable for the "missing" items on the account.

 

It was 24m, and you did NOT pay me a bonus. 

 

He violated my ToS many times, and I even told him to stop. He logged on the account several times in between the services, he originally said we had a few weeks to do the services, but lowered it to a few days for some reason. He also logged on at any time no one was on the account, pretty much.

You can see that I notified him that it would take a couple weeks and he had no problem with that.

 

Here, you can see that I helped him willingly to install local scripts via Skype Screenshare.

Me and him have been talking a lot before this, and we were somewhat friends, I dont even have the heart to scam someone.. And if I did, 3m? Really?

 

My workers are very trusted, and most have paid an entrance fee of 5m+. I did have one scammer in the past that hacked someone for 9m, but he was fired a while ago and had no access to this account. I refunded the person for that money non-hesitantly. If I could do that, why wouldn't I refund this 3m? I am not planning on leaving OSBot anytime soon, but if you truly see me as a scammer, and feel I am lying, maybe I should leave. I feel this community knows me enough to the point that I would not scam.. And I know I keep saying this, but IT WAS ONLY 3M, WHY WOULD I LOSE MY BUSINESS TO SCAM THAT!?!!?

I feel this is just his way of making a quick buck, and unfortunately, I set myself up perfectly to get framed.. I would also like to say, that I only told him to take his wealth off of the account because I was afraid my fire caper would scam him, but my caper hasn't received the information yet. If any more information is needed, or this isn't good enough for some reason, then please tell me. This is such a nonsense dispute, it really angers me to see that people would actually do this to someone who helped them out so much.

There is no way to tell if he took your items or not I am afraid, and also with the counter evidence that he has displayed I am almost positive he has not scammed you. I cannot compensate you for your claims to the 'missing goods' unless you can provide me with more evidence. My reasoning being that for all I know they could be on your alternate account etc. Not saying you've done so, but there is always a possibility and without clear cut proof I am afraid I cannot assist you in that area. On the other hand, @Gotenks will have to refund you for the service that was not completed which I believe was just the fire-cape. Amounting to a total of 7m from reading through the agreements - 

 

 

Once @Gotenks has refunded, please both of you post here with confirmation that it has taken place. I would highly suggest to the both of you to record the refunding process so no further conflict arises. I am also going to put a time cap of 24 hours to have @thekiller535 refunded, thank you both and hopefully this will all be resolved soon.
