Some of those requirements, like the graph theory algorithms, aren't really Java related... And doesn't Alek already have the while/black glow thing?

This seems like an okay suggestion, but it'd need a new category for applications, or it wouldn't be issued very much at all. Probably just to a few people, then it'd probably be forgotten about.

No, this pip provides no purpose. If you're adept at a language and post seldomly or often, people will recognize you for it regardless of whether or not you have a pip.
