Something like that...

- When you are advertising your offers, you must select some kind of "Offer" radio button and then you can post it and it would look like (OFFER) Selling 5k cowhides.

- You are allowed to post that every 5 or 10 minutes, otherwise, you'll get message: "You are only allowed to post offers every 5/10 minutes."

- If the offer button isn't selected and someone tries to advertise their offer more often, the user can be reported to moderator for spamming in chatbox and moderator choose the penalty, same as for any spamming and advertising other bots or similar things.

- You can buy Marketer membership to be allowed to advertise in the chatbox and signature or only VIPs or Sponsors are allowed to advertise.

I would support the option that there needs to be a 10 minute interval for advertising and maybe even that it could be a VIP/Sponsor benefit. 

Good thing, limited advertise and only proper ones too.

I'd very much support it being a VIP/Sponsor feature only!!!!!! Limits the spam BY A LOT!!!!!!! and its a new feature we could use even though we need more lol

Yes, but the chat cant determine what is considered "advertising" nor can it give someone permission to if they're VIP/Sponsor.

Thats what reports are for. And its pretty obvious to tell if someones adverting looooool

That's what staff is for and other users.... If they don't comply with it they are banned and etc
