December 29, 201312 yr I have been looking at the prices of the premium scripts and I was wondering why a lot of them end in .99. Why not just round up to the next dollar? Does anyone know the reason?

December 29, 201312 yr Just like actual store prices are priced like this, it's all psychological like @Eliot said. People would rather buy a script that looks like $1.99 instead of something that says $2.00. It just looks cheaper.

December 29, 201312 yr When you see a t.v commercial, do yoy notice how there products are ALWAYS $19.99? or $19.95? They also state that it is ONLY 19.99, it makes the whole difference from saying ONLY 20 dollars. Also sounds way better, yea its a market scheme.

December 30, 201312 yr That is what I thought, but I didn't think people would need to do that here. Chances are they don't, but since it's used everywhere else I guess they feel the need to price it that way.
