All those capes have a bonus and they all do something diffrent. I believe guthix is good for barrows.

Flames if your going to PK (which I'm pretty sure you are).

I am. Flames help lowers opponents magic, which is useful unless they train above what they need... claws of guthix is perfect for opponents with def.

Sara to reduce prayer, like a spell based smite.
Zammy to reduce magic, good for pking aswell.
Guthix to reduce defence, known for being the only auto-castable god spell.
*Auto-cast can only be done with void knight mace.

Flames of zam w/ staff of dead and charge can hit like 34 and autocast, or sara strike with smite to get the good loots
