open your antivirus from the system tray and look for settings regarding website blocking

well if it blocks sites after changing the settings I wouldn't be using that antivirus.

I have to disable the antivirus completely.

This happened some months ago for me too, they blocked my IP by accident

What anti virus do you use?

just use avast,i my self not using antivirus its just slow down the computer i just run malware scann evry week and im fine.

My mates PC had this, I just deleted his anti-virus lmfao.
