No, its not illegal, just because its against the rules of runescape does not mean its illegal. Making a bot like OSBOT or Advertising other bots isn't allowed. and making it public is illegal though.

No, its not illegal, just because its against the rules of runescape does not mean its illegal. Making a bot like OSBOT or t**bot and making it public is illegal though.

Botting is not illegal. It is against Runescape TOS, but the only thing that they can do is ban you. RWTing isn't illegal either, but if you do trade a lot of gold then the government might want you to pay taxes, but screw the government trying to take peoples money so they can fix their 15 trillion dollar debt.
