Reporting other botters is a lose-lose situation.

 

1) The reported player has increased chance of getting banned.

2) You let Jagex know which areas they should keep an eye on. (thus, ruining your own botting locations)

You must be ret*rded to report other botters, while you are doing it yourself. You ain't helping Jagex, and they will eventually also look at the account the report was sent from, so hopefully YOU will be banned ;)
