so this is old scam but i got scammed by imposter sythe.bawsz skype, never add him! 
he scammed my all paypal moneys got them all with adf.ly so im pissed off.

Just send in a ticket to paypal to get your money back, its wouldn't be that hard to get your money back. Paypal have yet to fail me to get my money back on scams.

gifted pp is almost impossible to get back, especially when you send it to family/friends option...(this is the only gift option I have now). then again i luckily haven't been scammed, have you gotten ur money back from a family/friends gift?

Yes, just call them and tell them that your account got hacked or whatever, works every time.
