FIXES:
- Small tweaks to bank item checks.
- Fixed an issue with some script queues not looping.

WEB WALKER:
- Some small teleport fixes.

BOT MANAGER:
- Added support for the new fps limit in the client configuration tab.

MISC:
- Added support for importing Jagex accounts via the launcher login.
- Added support for unnamed Jagex account characters.
- Added a '-fps x' cli argument to limit the in-game fps. The fps limit can also be changed at runtime via a slider in the settings panel.
- Minor bug fixes.
