Also random dismiss causes chars to stay behind portal in clan wars. 

Have you seen it happen? Perhaps death is also related to random event dismissal

The logged error doesn't seem to be related then.
Could either of you try to see if you can reproduce issues with "Random event dismissal" turned off?

I mean I can but one time it crashed I know for a fact that there were no randoms

I have been running this every day on multiple accounts since thanksgiving ... I can confirm I haven't had a single death since ds2. After that update I've come back and its been dead often. I haven't seen it die but I've come back and its been dead often.

I get this quite a lot.. Having to baby sit quite a bit recently :(

Hey Bug, loving the script. Have been using it almost flawlessly. I only have one issue and it's that it keeps spazzing out a bit with auto-retaliate whether it's on or off.

Not sure what you mean by spazzing out. Unfortunately I can't change the mouse movement algo.
If you mean that it's double-toggling it because of lag or something like that, I can try increasing the delay
