Explanation: User made contact with me via Discord asking to buy my gold in full. Entertained the offer and we agreed to do it in two transactions. The first payment he sent me from his Cashapp $lindsthom6 and cleared. The second transaction I found out was from a different cashapp ID $collectorofgold and he told me the bank put a pending on it and would attempt to have it cleared (He accepted the gold already at this point). The payment doesnt clear for a few days and I am stringed along for weeks until the brother of user gets on to tell me @CrashIslandhad passed away from a vehicle collision. I just wanted the money owed and gave alot of time and looking for a conclusion. I was told he knew mods around possibly @khaleesi. If more information is needed or i messed up making this let me know.

From what I gathered my brother purchased 1.5b from this guy, I can't check his financials for obvious reason's. I know nothing about what was paid or not paid but asking his fiancé he paid close to $700 she say's that was taken vis CashApp. I checked all the account logins on his pc and none of the accounts I logged into had any gold other then 40mish. I gave all the accounts to the person reporting my brother above. Not sure why someone would wait a month and a half to ask for money they supposedly didn't receive from the start. Sounds sus to me but I don't have the time or care to speculate. My brother made a company revolving around buying and selling gold, crypto, and making accounts to order, I don't see him scamming on something minor like this when he mostly pays for partyhats and other rares on rs3 which usually cost upwards of $2,000.00
I haven't talked to the guy much other then to say I didn't know anything and to try and help him find the gold if it was in-fact on my brothers accounts. I checked every account and gave them to him when he asked, everything that remains from my brother has been sold off or given away. It sucks to see someone trying to ruin his reputation after he's no longer with us but I understand that the mods have to look into it. Best wishes and hope my insight helps.

@CrashIslandyou state in a screenshot provided from the discord log that your brother passed away dated 7/14/21, would you mind explaining why you attempted to sell an account on Wednesday and why you’re account sharing if this isn’t the actual owner of the osbot account, that in itself is against the rules as you’re account sharing. If that is the case, this account will be banned regardless of the dispute. Whilst I cannot comment further in regards to your brother passing, that in itself is saddening if true, the user gave ample time and your brother was unresponsive with the user. Now you yourself have proven you have access to all things related to your brother, that being said you can also access his cash app account to provide screenshots as to whether the transactions have been cleared, pending or cancelled.

I've gone ahead and banned the user. If the user decides to return he will need to reimburse you the amount of $450.
