its uses the mouse that you have plugged into your computer, instead of a virtual mouse. and in my opinion yes it helps with bans

Why does it only let you use the hardware mouse if new mouse is active? What's the difference?

New mouse is a different mouse algorithm which changes the way the mouse moves. This new algorithm also allows the scripters the ability to tweak the mouse settings, such as speed, in their script code.

Hardware mouse is good, just be careful if using scripts that require mouse movement (e.g. to setup/customise settings) otherwise the script will stop as soon as you manually move your mouse

so we should be using this while botting or ?
