Featured Replies

I want to start gold farming but I got a shit giggle ton of problems which I hop dearly I can tackle

1: I don't have a VPN

2: I'm not VIP/Sponsor

3: No fucking clue what to goldfarm

4: No PayPal

5: Don't have accounts (yet) so obv. I don't have stats

Hmmmmmmmmm.

I was thinking,

1: Wait how do you change IP without VPN?

2: Gold farm on 1 account?

3: Green dragons?

4: Who the fuck needs PayPal when you can just let GP rot on a mule!

5: I only need 1 account :[)

Don't use a VPN, its an insta ban pretty much. Just use your own IP, thats what I do, barely get bans.

Honestly, Goldfarmers dont have just 1 account, also a real goldfarmer wouldnt tell what or how they do it,

and obvious you have to work on VIP/SPONSOR else you will not come anywhere:)

Why?

I used to bot a lot of accounts, I didn't get ban on my main accounts that's where I stored my wealth. All of my accounts were on the same ip.

Lots of VPN's are flagged because goldfarmers are known to use VPNs, or atleast they did. I don't know how popular it is now since a tonne of the vpn's are flagged, and not alot offer static ip's unless you have a good reason (I wanna be a goldfarmer generally isn't one). But if you bot at your home IP it could potentially get banned and then you might be putting your main at risk.

Anyways, if you do get a VPN, try to get one with a static IP so that you know there aren't any other botters who could potentially use your IP when you aren't on.

I really do suggest cooking or firemaking. It is kind of a bummer to get started but once you get going you make a LOAD of money.

Sorry I can't help with the other problems.

Most VPNs are flagged by Jagex. Well unless you wanna pay like 50 bucks for a good one. I've read that a lot of people have gotten banned from using VPNs. I personally dont and it works fine.

1: You don't need a VPN. I bot on my house IP.

2: Might want to look into purchasing that :)

3: I'm on the same boat as you right now.

4: You'll probably want to create one.

5: If you end up finding out what you want to bot, ask someone for a loan, given you believe you can pay it back.

My main was banned a while ago, that's why I don't care much anymore. I'll just keep money on 1 or 2 accounts, probably transfer it to EOC or something so the accounts will be free. Honestly, the reason I'm doing this is because I've played RuneScape for 9 years, since grade 1, and when I sell my gp I want my dad to be happy that it wasnt a complete waste of time. That's also why I'm keeping it secret I sold pins ;)

I wouldn't suggest using a VPN/VPS until your IP becomes flagged or you want to move into a larger space (Gold-Farm Army). It's not really classed as gold farming if you only bot one account. There are plenty of scripts that'll get you started, majority of the time a gold-farmer will not let you in it's secret for free. I highly suggest you look into the gold-farming business before you create multiple accounts and not knowing what to bot at all. As far as your VIP goes, you can purchase it with RSGP fairly easy, and there are many people providing this service, ultimately that should solve most of problems. Good luck!

1. You might need a VPS depending on how big you go, not a VPN.
2. You won't be able to run multiple accounts without it, so get it.
3. It was trial and error for me. You could look at the list of bans someone compiled here, and if you want to take the risk vs reward go for it.
4. ???
5. I don't even know what to say to this.

BUT the thing is I am only in Grade 10 and I hardly can buy a VPN and just tell my dad "Oh yeh just helping out the family with this (bullshit excuse)", so what do I do when my IP gets flagged? How can I prevent this from happening?

VPS is a virtual machine, you are running the bots off of a computer that isn't your own. VPN is your running off your own computer, just changing the IP. If you have a shitty computer, you are going to want a VPS. A VPN is doing no good if you can't run any bots on it.

A VPN was important say staking when PID was based off of IP, you can change your IP, to get an advantage over the other person do you understand?
