Promoting Raf was already a risk (not saying Raf isn't trusted). They might as well give him full permissions, risks are apart of running a successful business. Right now it seems Raf's promotion was an excuse to get more supers into the community.

From reading the first paragraph in this you seem a little misinformed. In a "couple of months" OSBot 2 will be out or almost out. We're not dying at all either, it's just RS is dying.

The only risk of promoting Raf was him being upset that his name is no longer pink. The Raf rank is pretty much as equal as a SM

Laz is back active again, and the development for OSBot 2 as well as the random fixes for OSBot will continue.

I wouldn't worry about OSBot. I'm sure the developers are aware of the things they need to correct and change.

If not, then this thread should notify them of what the community thinks the issues are.

I never knew they stopped developing OSBot.

Four admins are enough especially when three out of four are developers. @Raflesia is by himself but he does have the supers and global mods beside him. Think of him as their leader.

 

I do agree with one of your arguments though. This whole situation seems to be caused by the main OSBot devs and it would be nice if they interacted with the community more and provide quality customer service.

Well 3 developers is clearly not enough when it takes so long for things to get updated. And actually I think its only 2 right now, because Maxi has disappeared. I just think that they could put in a little more effort, considering that they are probably making a decent amount of money...

Are you serious? Do you really think that OSBot 2 will come out soon? I highly doubt that. They need to make OSBot 1 more functional first. And yes it is dying, if this doesn't get fixed a lot of other people will switch to other bots.

I think admins are hiding behind a cave. . I never seen them in forums posting nor in chat, but only Raflesia.

i would rather have 4 admins and they be trusted, than to have a bunch of admins  and one of those bunch, are snake in the grass fools, who would give osbot up to some third party individuals.

OSBot 2 comes out when GWD comes out im going to say.

Jagex will think GWD brought members back to OSRS but infact it was OSBot and their successful business
