Apple, is it in decline?

Featured Replies

Is Apple in decline? Well, ever since the flavour behind the apple has died, people questioned if apple would make the bunch or not? Apple-fans boys told me 'Oh they still have ideas to last till the iphone 10', but do they? and if so, are they spreading them out one at a time, for instance the new fingerprint scanner? What do you think of that?

Since the iphone 5s and the 5C (the cheaper model, which by the way is still £450, AND its made of cheaper materials, PLASTIC!, ''but ooh, it has a nice new colour, ooh i can pick what colour i like!!'' buy a case, jackass.

And with intel developing a new chip, that will of course not feature in apple phones, and this chip by the way will revolutionise phones, and for those who have the intel i7 chip in your pc, you'll know it's going to be good, they are bringing phones up from 32 bit, to 64bit. Apple will surely be left behind?

So the overall question is: Will apple last, and what do you think of it's new phones? (/other ''new'' products)

lately i dont see them pushing out anything too good tbh. The iphone they jst released isnt gnna bring em in a ton of money not even close as to how mch the iphone 4/4s or iphone 5 brought in.

I'm surprised they've lasted this long, especially with their extortionate prices.

You'd be suprised with their sales to be honest, with the release of their two new phones, sales have DEcreased by 5%!

I'd quit while i was ahead, $200B, split it between all the staff, and still have eough money to own a beach, somewhere hot.

Id like to see them stay around. As long as they are innovative, I think they will compete with Microsoft and Android and Samsung products. I like the classy, sleek, sporty look that Apple products have. Their aesthetic taste keeps them with a nice fan base who are willing to stretch out those extra dollars.  I don't think they have bad products, but they are pricey. We'll just see with what they have for us next! ;) I WILL be purchasing the 5S.

I don't really understand how you people can think apple is dying. Look at their sales. They still blow other companies out of the water. numbers dont lie

I'd also like to make another note that the new iphone is the first phone to have a 64 bit chip....I don't think you looked into this at all.

Apple won't die out. Many people like the style of Apple. I'm sure that 80% of people buy apple for the looks not the specs.

Android has a bigger market share than apple now, their sales are undeniably good, of course! but, they aren't no where near as big as they used to be, blow other companies out of the water? more like a splash in the pool.

Okay, maybe i overlooked that, but still, if you know anything about computers, you'll know that there's no better way to go than Intel.
