Understand the market and try looking for a good prototype

Depends entirely on the amount of time you have to invest. Rune dragon alts used to be highly in demand and would go for a lot of money. Granted they're locked behind some pretty big requirements. Zulrah/Vorkath accounts always sell decently well. Besides that HCIM 99 firemaking w/ crates banked always do well as well. Look at what people are interested in over on the market and do that.

You can also sell max staking accounts they go for like 100$

Something disposable then like zulrah accounts which are usually botted. Nmz ready, b gloves ready or usually something people can use in a bot farm
