If anyone has any guide to botting can you help me out? Im looking to get into it properly but i keep getting banned ;/

No one is going to tell you here what works for them and what doesn't, no one wants to lose profit.

That being said, if you want to avoid bans you generally want to play like a real player would, e.g appropriate breaks, appropriate bot times, good scripts that don't get stuck and more.

You should expect to be banned at some point, even if not goldfarming but especially if goldfarming. Particularly, if you're goldfarming try different things, take note of what you were trying and try something different. If 30 minute breaks get you banned, try switching up the percentage of bot time to break time. Have a look around in the section you posted this in, plenty of information to help get started. 

This is quite a good guide to start. But it is just the basic concepts, also it is 3 years old and believe me ban rates are nowhere close to what it was back then. Jez you can't even get away with the stuff you were doing few months ago. So testing current waters is the key

Proxies and the other nitty gritty stuff aside, breaks have a big impact on bans. For instance, for something like bank standing herblore, a break every ~10 minutes would allow an account to gain much more exp than one that doesn't break at all. 

But the biggest factor is to try a bunch of different stuff that may seem redundant until you see your bots surviving a substantially longer time, and then keeping what you found a secret and keeping those gainz 😉
