I saw that HCIM accounts with 99fm and crates go for around $50, but is this with construction trained or without?

I would say it's nice for a IM to not have to worry about early game cons and thats why he's asking. I know the new minigame/skilling alternate is coming out tomorrow but it's still free construction xp for early game ironmen

Mahogany homes, I believe it’s coming out tomorrow as a lower XP rate skilling alternate/mini game that gives XP and rewards with different tiers of loot and XP
