Why would a scammer recieve the veteran rank?

I'm not trying to flame towards him I just wanna know why he got it :/

 

you can easily see in the dispute khanz refunded him so that has nothing to do with anything and the dispute was closed end of story. now for him being veteran and all that i dont see him that active nor do i see him really helping a lot of members or anything so im not sure as to why he has it nor am i sure as what constitutes for someone to get this rank.

Does it really matter? I don't believe you are the one that should be deciding wether or not his rank should be removed. Pm a staff member, don't make a thread about it.
