If you had vip... Probably anyway from like what 3000-3500(Depending on what you are doing could be even lower)? If it's only clients and I am reading that right.

I generally go with 1GB per client

128 cuz vnc caps out at 128 windows open.
Also AWS is a better choice since they're cheaper and just a better overall service with their spot request options.
