I can't really speak on Jagex's detection methods because I have literally 0 knowledge on them, but if they could read your mouse movements outside of their game client I imagine someone would've noticed by now & there would've been a massive uproar, because that's getting to the point of spyware. I have an ~1800tl account i've been running mirror mode on basically every day for the last 2 or so months, with a stream on one monitor, discord on another, and playing a fullscreen game in the middle.
