Explanation: He failed to pay back the deposit in agreed term

Evidence:
Him admitting he changed the TOS and that deposit was refundable in 30 days



Him admitting that I have paid the deposit on 7th June


Him proving his identity



Plus also he had me as a worker listed in one of his threads, probably this one below or the one I've posted at the beginning:

Following @TaxSeazon's edit history on his worker applications thread, this was the thread at the time that @Valiant One was hired:

4 days later on June 11th it was changed to include this line:

 

@TaxSeazon According to this you need to refund @Valiant One his deposit, it has been 30 days since he notified you.

@TaxSeazon has failed to reply within 24 hours, he has been banned. Should he wish to return he'll need to refund @Valiant One his deposit.
