there is no "ban rate" for this script since its mostly customizable.. changing where you loot, what you loot or values of items you loot.

Not sure why but it did die, but is just now looting in lumbirdge and staying? Is that due to me having a longer timer set to return without loot

Actually is beneficial for me, getting good loot there lol.
