Spend all this money on a couple of scripts to have my main and bot acc both perma banned. 

So dissapointed and don't really know what to do know. 

It be like that sometimes  , tho you should know the risk.

time for a new account I think, it happens to the best of them. 
try being more cautious next time, like don't bot the same thing over and over, bot something as if you were legitimately playing .e.g. training melee for 2-4 hours then switching to do a few quests, then maybe a few hours of skilling etc. mix it up & use the break system, real players don't generally do the same thing for hours on end without logging out here and there.

We recommend you NEVER bot your main, bans happen you are breaking the rules. Sorry for your loss, start again, appeal your ban.

Depends on how long you botted before getting banned, how old was your account, how much profit did you make?
