Make it so they don't have to give positive feedback after, because what if you scam or something. Write "You will leave feedback after the service is completed" or something. And the TOS is annoying, having to scroll through the whole thing just to read them, the box should be more rectangle for the TOS. Best of luck with this and your service though.
