Explanation: I lent him money in the past and he paid me back, he wanted to borrow money again and he's 7 days late with 0 communication and he's been online on osbot. I used my credit card so I know I can call my bank but I rather not if I can get it this way or at least him banned/TWC so he doesn't attempt to scam others.

    I've noitified him of the dispute and asked him to respond here. He has 24 hours to do so.

    I kinda doubt he's coming back, and regardless his period to respond is up. I've banned him for scamming.
