I am not using dharok but you could probably change it to use darhok and see if it starts working for you.

Does this happen after running the script for some time, or from the beginning? Make sure you start a fresh client before running the script

I found a serious bug regarding the prayer potion method.

It would miss drinking prayer potions and ran out of prayer in around 1 out of 8 dreams and then will spam click check toxic blowpipe after it dies.

I end up clicking at least 20+ times checking blowpipe before I find it out.

The bug has happened to me at least three times

I am using mirror mode, 50 reaction time, and have my camera zoomed out a little bit out of normal zoom (because normal zoom will bug the pathing and fail to withdraw potions).

What prayer threshold did you set on GUI?

@Token it was low at first but then I increase it to around 14 to 25.

I suppose so. But it still ran out of prayer in some instances and then it will keep clicking on checking blowpipe in front of the chest  I wonder if it is something to do with mirror mode.

Have you tried restarting the client? Mirror mode sometimes stops working properly after it's been running for a while
