I just recovered my account and previously had lifetime VIP now it is gone I have PM'ed an admin few days ago and it has not been read yet, I have proof of purchase if needed.

I didn't even know there was a lifetime VIP, unless you meant lifetime sponsorship. Anyway staff are usually good with this stuff, I think only certain staff have access to access to sensitive information like proof of purchase which might be why it's taking a little longer than usual. You could try messaging @Decode, he's really helpful with this stuff.

lifetime VIP is from giveaways. I assume he means lifetime sponsor if hes talking about proof of purchase
