hm would a 75 magic only account be worth ? with like 30ish hp. u could use it for lavas (trident)

Magic is one of the easiet, fastest & low ban skills in the game, therefor they're dirt cheap. Keep in mind a level 75 skill is only 1.2M experience. To put into context how little that is, I generally get 1.6m-1.8m magic experience a day per account i'm training. Hope this helped!

but there's the question of how much it costs in order to get that 1.6m-1.8m exp. it could be quick, but that's mostly if you pay more for the training/don't afk

I meant that it's quite a bit given you can do all the things on F2P (splashing w/ goblin staff, teleporting, alching). It can be done in a few days with minimum effort.

13m GP for 13m XP is quite cheap imo especially if it's being achieved in less than a week.
