Jagex E-mail confirmation mail

So I've created some accounts across a few mails since I could only make one gmail, because of their bullshit too many emails rule.
Turns out their confirmation mail arrived immediately on gmail but i got a delay on cock.li, so I made another one on my local e-mail provider, and this one is also seemingly delayed.

Does confirming your mail influences everything? It personally just makes me more comfortable though.
How much time does it take for the mail to arrive?
Will I be able to unlock my account after getting locked out (your account has been stolen blah blah)? I get locked when grabbing 7QP.

And yeah i checked spam :^)

While I have no empirical evidence that confirming an email reduces bans, It can't hurt.

But, I can weigh in on the account lock outs. I believe this occurs because you register the account on one ip address and bot on another.

Try using the same proxy when registering the account as well.

Well they send the email instantly and normally it's received instantly. Even with a super slow ISP and overloaded mail servers, it should show up within 30 minutes.

If your account gets locked you will have to use recovery questions to unlock it.

I always create my accounts from a separate IP but make sure it's located within the same country is all, haven't had any issues yet, might just be luck though. :)

Hmmm, the only reason I find this concerning is because if I was managing a game and the account was registered in say Florida then logged in on California this would be an easy red flag.
