I guess that he has a script in which u can create a diversified schedule of botting with multiple script. So let's say he will schedule 20 mins agility, then break then 30 min mining etc.

Nope, on average 2 1/2 hours on and 2 hours off. As well as I would rest all accounts whilst I slept which is 8 hours at least.
