childrenfirst Posted February 23, 2019 Share Posted February 23, 2019 anyone else have this issue when appealing? it automatically replies that i didnt provide enough information, and the account in question isnt banned i use the exact same login that i provided in the appeal forum, when i try to log in it says its disabled help Hi [removed] You're receiving this email as you've recently tried to appeal a ban, however the information you've provided doesn't link to a RuneScape account that has been banned. The downside of having such an amazing long running game with more than 250 million accounts is that locating specific accounts without good quality information is very difficult – something akin to searching for a needle in about 30 different haystacks!
