We agreed on 72mil for Tutislander do to a couple quests for me. Hasn't started. Said one of his workers went on the account today and he will need 20mil more to complete it. Disputing to get a refund of 72mil that was paid to him.

He started a bit of the work after the dispute was posted up - 50 fm and 13/14 thieving levels in 4-5 days after a lot of time wasting. Says he wasn't trying to get 20mil extra out of me...
