currently sitting at 60atk/70str/45def and was curious what is the fastest way to get maxed?

dscimmy till 70/70/70 i assume and then dharok 1hp or whip with max gear?

Obby armour set w/ obby wep and b neck is better than dh i believe untill like 90+ hp or something. might be worth double checking but thats last i heard

if you have cash could use bandos and whip with defender and fire cape with fury and zerk ring then swap to torture and prim boots  thats what i used for my alts and then str could use bludgen 

Obsidian set as what @Fruity said once you're at 60/60/60. Switch to DH at around 85/85/85
