Getting Sick from using Computer

Featured Replies

I've realized that I've had a huge and bad fever from using the computer for more than 10 hours 3 days in a row. It made me feel like complete shit.

Anyone else ever had this before?

Staring at a bright screen for 3 days straight.

No way that could hurt anyone....

I'm on the computer at least 16 hours a day.

Yeah, I'm fine.

Just get off from computer. Talk with your parents, go watch a TV that is not close to your eyes.

How to detox yourself from S.A.C.S. (Stuck At Computer Syndrome)

1.) Shower

2.) Go run/walk

3.) Eat a salad

Don't worry bud we all get S.A.C.S. sometimes :D

A fever suggests infection. Any pain at all?

Taking some paracetamol will reduce the fever and any pain, drink more fluids through the day and do some exercise. It could be a sign of malnutrition as well so start eating correctly with decent food e.g meat, salads, some pasta for carbs etc.

Doing the above will strengthen your immune system and reduce the chances of picking up an infection in the future.

No, I don't stay on the computer for that long.

Take a nap, thats the way the body can kind of "reset" itself. Try to not stay on for that long of a time, go out side and do something.
