Install Trisquel Linux. I can bot an osrs account, browse with Tor and IceCat(FOSS Firefox) all at the same time with almost zero lag. *edit* For streaming and or 1080p movies, the x200 might strain, but if RS, 480-720p video and coding are your primary goal, the x200 is perfect. With that being said, I have 2 of them, so I can say that they're good (fuck the bloatware though) and customer support will generally take pretty good care of you.
