Just been botting 2 accounts at the same time. 1 got banned after around 4 hours and the second is still going. What's the minimum time before an account get's banned?

I don't think there is anyone on this forums that can answer this question, you'd be better off tweeting a jagex mod to ask them that.

Yep. You could theoretically get banned upon log in if your using a flagged IP and running a script from the inception of the account or even when doing things by hand. There's no real minimum time for a ban as stated above by Dragonite.
