Im assuming no void or mage cape.  i would say 60-70 mill

Your insane lmao, its MAX 40 Mill, with void/mage cape, 60 mill sounds viable 

Assuming it has Regicide done I'd say 40-50M, getting Void, Cape, Range levels would obviously raise the price.

HP is too low (combo out with two hits), no defense, and we don't know the range level of the account. I agree with @JCY and @Gpmaker PC.

Regicide is incomplete (but completeable)

range level is 1, hence why it's a base, it's need to be worked on.
