Hey, first of all i dont know if its the right section or not but ill try.

So, i payed for VIP here on OSBOT and i wanted 1 month only, i removed my card after the second month because it withdrawed money automatically (2 times 9.99x2) i removed my card and now i have gotten emails according me to pay 19,98$ for the months June and July. What do to? I havent recieved any VIP on here and now they want me to pay back for something i didnt have. I kinda need help with this and i have screenshots and picture. Would love some kind of support from a OSBOT support member or something.

it is asking you to pay because you have pending invoices. Just don't pay, go into your invoices and cancel them.

We aren't going to ban you because you didn't renew vip ?
