Hey,

About 3 weeks ago I lost my VIP because my PayPal couldn't withdraw the amount needed.
It did get withdrawn 10 days later, but I didn't get my VIP status back. I made a thread in the "Refund Request" on the 30th of May but no replies since.
Could you please help me sort this out?
