I don't think anyone going to do it cheaper,  agility and rc are anoing skills, and 1.1b is pretty cheap offer for work like this.

You forget the amount of people who do bot, yourself included (despite you offering services, you still own bots/bot farms) 

But you're right, 1.1B is me not adding up my numbers correctly when really it would come out to 1.5-1.6 with my current GP/XP graphs.

I'd understand a higher price for Rune crafting since it costs a lot of continues attention. Despite the fact what people people seem to claim, I did have a guy doing 99 agility for me on an account before for 260M. If I cant find the right guy here I will find it somewhere else, but its worth a shot.
