How to clear cache?please help If you have any other accounts registered on this forum, they might've restricted your access on this one because you have another one. Clearing your cache on Chrome: Go to settings, click 'Show advanced settings'. Under "Privacy" - go to "Clear browsing data", and uncheck everything except for "Empty the cache". Ciurka, you may only have one forum account to login with, it's saying you don't have permission because the system logged your IP and found that you have more than one account registered on it.
